From there, you can trust us to provide options that set the stage and provide the environment you desire. During this conversation, one of our event specialists will get to know you and learn about your special occasion. We will help you define the specific square footage needs, aesthetic, specifications and must haves. At this time, we will also review your timeline and budget.
First Round Options
During Round 1, we present potential venue options based on our initial conversation. We will go over date availability, rental pricing, raw photos, blank floor plans, general location and neighborhood, and inclusions and exclusions.
Second Round Selections
Based on the feedback you share in Round 2, we narrow your selection to the top selections and schedule site visits. These can be done virtually or in person under the proper circumstances with PPE. We will also custom build and share sample floor plans for each location for your consideration. Our team is All Seated Certified!
Book the Venue
In this final step, we review the venue rental agreement on your behalf, assist you with revisions, amendments, adjustments, and any necessary event insurance. We recommend Event Helper, a trusted partner.
